ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes changes to size, shipping address, or payment method. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

We are unable to combine orders after they have been placed. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

If your order was cancelled, it may have been due to product unavailability, order limitations, or issues processing your payment. You will receive an email notification and a full refund.

We are unable to add items to an existing order. A separate order must be placed for any additional items.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak periods, orders may take up to 7 working days from the estimated ship date to be dispatched.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship only to the United States. Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia will be added in the near future.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier or contact official@ventarra.shop for assistance.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, in the polybag, and with all tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

Exchanges for the same item can be facilitated via our Returns Portal. If you require a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.

For customer preference returns (such as size, color, or change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact official@ventarra.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.

All items purchased during our Archive Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. By completing your order, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this non-returnable policy.

PRODUCT

Sizing details are available on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend consulting our Size Guide or contacting support for assistance.

Care instructions are listed on each product page and garment label. We recommend following these instructions closely to preserve fabric performance and longevity.

Some products may be restocked depending on demand. If an item is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page.

Our labels are designed to be partially removable, with the top laminated edge serving as a brand logo on the garment.

To detach the bottom portion of the label, simply pull gently along the perforated edge. Avoid removing the laminated part, as this may damage the fabric.

PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local payment options where available

All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store payment information.
