1. Shipping Destination

VENTARRA currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, VENTARRA may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying products or orders.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

VENTARRA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

VENTARRA is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.


8. Delivery Delays

VENTARRA is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Other unforeseen events
